Minimum order amount & shipping

The minimum order amount is €500 excluding VAT for deliveries within the Netherlands. For other countries, the minimum order amount is €1000 excluding VAT.

Shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of your order. The basic shipping costs are shown in the table below.

Delivery time & shipping

You can have your order shipped by Q&A Impex or shop directly at our Beverwijk branch. Orders over €1500 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Q&A Impex makes every effort to deliver your order within 24 hours. If the product you ordered is in stock and payment has been received, it will be delivered the next day! If you placed your order on Saturday, it will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be delivered the next day. This applies to orders placed within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders placed before 4:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Order status

The expected delivery time is stated for each item. As soon as your order is shipped, you will always receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your shipment. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam box or contact us. Some letterbox packages do not come with a track & trace code.

We always do our utmost to deliver your order within the indicated delivery time. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed. After placing your order in our webshop, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be processed.

You will then receive an email with the Track & Trace code when your order is delivered to the parcel service.
